--Kiln drying and balancing: The bamboo strips are kiln dried to get equal MC. Before processing, the strips would be carefully selected and balanced. |

--High-quality glue used: During gluing & pressing, high-quality adhesives (from Europe/Japan) with the lowest formaldehyde emission were used. |

--High-quality lacquers: SMART BAMBOO® adopts high quality lacquers and fine sanding, which avoid air pockets and pinhole over coatings and guarantee quality adhesiveness of the lacquers. The acrylic polyurethane UV cured and Aluminum Oxide finish bring better abrasion-resist result. |

--Quality inspection and selection: Quality control and inspection always is of top importance during production. Also, as a nature material, the bamboo flooring has limited color difference between boards. Careful color selection would be made to pack the flooring into color groups. |
